Features of mineral stirring tank is adding a certain amount of flocculant in concentrated pulp, so that speed up the pace of settlement, thus improving the efficiency of enrichment purposes.
Stirring tank is applied to select mining and metal ores. Moreover, stirring tank can also be used as a variety of chemical material mixer. Especially used for the materials with concentrations not more than 30% (by weight) and particle less than 1mm.
1. Fasten the pump bolts before using it, rotate the pump shaft wheel to check if it is flexible, run and turn on the stirring tank;
2. Wearing parts: impeller and stator;
3. Clear the inside of the mixer or stirring tank, especially in winter, to prolong its service life.
